  3. Add oil into pan. Add red chilli,bay leaves,randhuni and ginger paste. After 20 seconds add boiled vegetables.Add salt and turmeric. Fry for 5 minutes. Add Cashew and raisins. Add chopped tomato. And saute for 2 minutes. Add dal with sufficient water. Boil for 8 minutes. Add sugar and ghee. Serve with roti or rice.
