- In another one pan add 1 spoon oil and then spurted mustard seeds and urad dal then add grated carrot and saute till one minute. then add 2 spoon sambhar masala powder mix well.
- Add carrot into the batter and mix well. now prepare idli stand. Grease idli plate with oil. at last add 1 spoon oil and 1/4th pinch baking soda and mix well. now pour batter in idli plate.
- Bake 14 minutes. remove idlis from idli stand. Masoor dal idli ready to serve… enjoy it…
