Steps to make Orange Chicken:
  1. Mix together cornstarch & soy sauce. Add chicken and stir well. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together the orange juice, red pepper flakes, garlic and BBQ sauce. This is your orange sauce.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet on med high.
  4. Remove the chicken from marinade with a slotted spoon and carefully add to the skillet. Cook on med high heat for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Add the orange sauce and mix well, coating all the chicken, cook for 20 minutes, Stirring constantly until sauce is thick.
  6. Serve with steamed or fried rice. Enjoy!
