  4. Take a bowl and add some salt,ghee & all purpose flour. Now add water to make dough. Rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Make small balls out of the dough and add a spoonful of the prepared mixture. Roll into puris. heat oil in a pan over medium flame and deep fry the puris. Remove the excess oil and serve hot.
