  3. Now take a small amount from the mixture make lemon size ball and then lightly flat between your palm to gives the shape of kabab.prepare all kababs like this.
  4. Take a non-stick pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it then add few kababs in the pan turn the flame medium.cover the lid and cooked for 3-4 minutes then flip the kabab and do the same process.fry both side and then serve with chilli garlic chutney.
