  9. Mix well and taste, it should be just a little salty.
  10. Bring the pulao to a boil and cook partially covered until almost all the water has evaporated then close the lid completely for 5-8 minutes until the remaining moisture has absorbed and the rice is done.
  11. For champs Ingredients..
  12. Add all ingredients mutton,oil and tomatoes in pressure cooker cover it cook on slow heat for 30-45 minutes until meat is tender.
  13. Remove lid and cook for 5 minutes add 1 cup water (Optional) cook on high heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently until oil separates.
