- In a separate pot boil 4 cups of water and add in the mutton and cover the lid and cook it in low flame until the meat become tender
- When half water reduced and meat become tender then take 3 tbspn of wheat flour dissolved in 1/4 cup of water and add in the gravy to thicken it
- And also sprinkle some black cumin seeds on top and again put for 5 minutes in low flame
- In the end garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and ginger and serve with lemon and hot naan
