  2. Get 1 kg rice
  3. Prepare 250 g yoghurt

  7. Prepare 6-8 green chillies
  8. Make ready 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  9. Make ready 1/4 bunch fresh coriander
  10. Take 1 packet biryani masala
  11. Take 1 cup oil
  12. Take 2 tbsp ghee
  13. Get 1 tbsp cumin seed
  14. Prepare Some bay leaves
  15. Get Some whole garam masala
  16. Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Mutton biryani:
  1. Heat oil and add sliced onion and fry until golden
  2. Now add g g paste and mutton and fry
  3. Now add yoghurt 1 tomato green chillis and cook on high flame
  4. Now add biryani masala and cook until oil separated
  5. Add water and allow the meat to tender
  6. When meat is tender add sliced tomatoes green chillies and mint coriander leaves
  7. Now soak water for 30min then boil the rice with salt cumin and whole garam masala and 2tbsp of ghee
  8. Now preparw layers of rice and meat and put on dum for 20 min or until rice done
  9. Your delicious mutton biryani is ready
