Hello everybody, it’s Jim, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, naan bread. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Naan Bread is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. Naan Bread is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

Simple naan breads, flavoured with garlic and fresh coriander, are quick and easy to make. Naan is a traditional flat bread from India, while pita bread is eaten in the Mediterranean and Middle East. Pita is made with a very simple dough, using just flour, salt, yeast, and olive oil.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have naan bread using 4 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Naan Bread:
  1. Prepare 2 X Cup of plain yoghurt
  2. Prepare 2 X Cup of Flour
  3. Take Pinch salt to taste
  4. Take Melted Butter (to spread on the naan bread)

Naan can be the main attraction going to an Indian restaurant, naan directly coming from the clay oven "tandoor" taste heavenly. This recipe makes the best naan I have tasted outside of an Indian restaurant. I can't make enough of it for my family. I serve it with shish kabobs, but I think they would eat it plain.

Steps to make Naan Bread:
  1. Put 2 Cups of Flour into a bowl then add 2 cups of plain yoghurt with a pinch of salt and mix together. Ensure the mixture is not too wet. If wet add more flour.
  2. Put some flour on the surface then place mixed dough ontop and make little balls. Using your rolling pin make them into flat circles but dont make the naan bread too thin.
  3. Put your pan on high (dont put any oil) preferably use a non stick pan. Then put your flattened naan bread in the pan until it starts to bubble then flip over make sure you get the nice Browning on each side (it looks cool) once you done. Take the naan bread out and spread melted butter on one side while its still hot.
