  2. Take 1 tbsp Yeast

  1. Mix yeast with half cup of water and set aside
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl
  3. Pour the dry ingredients to the yeast mixture and knead well to make a dough, more water is required
  4. Add the oil and knead well then cover and let it rise
  5. After an hour knead the dough on a board and cut into six equal sizes, take on and roll to make a circle
  6. Heat pan and place the dough bake for 2mins and flip the other side
  7. Brush with butter and ur naan is ready
