  4. Put the dough in abowl and allow it to rise
  5. Mean while melt the butter with garlic and let it cool,
  6. Divide the dough into 10 small balls and roll into circles 4 to 5 inches
  7. Heat a large pan on fire and brush with the garlic butter mixture
  8. Grill the bread on each side for 2 to 3 mins until black patches appear, garnish with chopped parsley.you can make the plin butter mixture if you dnt like garlic.
