  1. Grind the pepper with the ginger, garlic and black pepper, add to the meat, then parsley, seasonings, chopped onions, a little egg & oil.
  2. Mix together, if it's watery, add the bread crumbs or flour. Roll them, (like in the picture) - - Soak the skewer sticks for 10 minutes, then insert the sticks into the meat & roll on the skewers. - - After that I kept them in the freeze, like 15minutes while I made the bread.
  3. Place the meat on a grill, toaster grill or oven. (I place on the toaster grill, for like 10 minutes then transfer to the oven for about 15minutes, turn them over In between.)

Sift the flour, salt, baking powder, yeast and sugar in a bowl and pour in the hand-hot milk, oil, yoghurt and the beaten egg and mix it all together to form a ball of dough.
