Instructions to make Naan bread:
- In a bowl combine flour, yeast, parsley, garlic and mala to form a dough. Hard knead it. Place back in the bowl leave it to rise in a warm place.
- Roll it to a log like and cut into small pieces
- In a small bowl combine oil chopped garlic, turmeric, oil and knorr cube mix well
- Take one piece of the cut dough make a well then put the oil mixture. Seal it well forming a small flat ball.
- Do the same to the rest of the cuts. And roll out to oval shape
- Place on hot pan turn when it has almost doubled in size and cooked.
- Serve with your favourite curry.
