- After 3-4 hours, squeeze off the water from vadas by pressing vadas between your palms and deep in curd for 10-15 minutes so the curd is absorbed in the vadas. You can then keep in the refrigerator.
- Take a plate, keep the vada with excess curd, pour all chutneys and sprinkle all masala according to your taste and choice. Serve.
