I liked the recipe alot and purposely found one without refried beans but you will find some diehards who wish the beans were an ingredient. Overall the dip is a decent crowd pleaser but not a huge hit. I am a melted cheese girl and LOVE nachos with melted cheese.

- Brown the ground beef. Drain well.
- Add taco seasoning
- combine sour cream, miracle whip & cream cheese in a sepeate bowl.
- Mix onion, pepper & salsa in a seperate bowl.
- Layer in a glass bowl.
- spread gradded cheese on top.
- Bake at 400°F for about 10 min or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with nacho chips of your choice.
Actually the melted cheese is probably my favorite part of nachos. So, I really didn't think I'd be a fan of this dip. This Cold Taco Dip is totally delicious in it's own special way. Plus, you don't have to worry about heating it up. Layered Nacho Dip is absolutely going to be at our festive party this weekend.
