- Soak whole mung dal and urad dal for 3-4 hrs. Boil with 1 tsp salt and a pinch of chilli powder. Keep aside
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add whole jeera let it splutter then add chopped onion fry till golden.
- Then add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2mins on low flame. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir well. Then add tadka masala and mix well till oil leaves the sides.
- Add the boiled dal and mix. If required add some water and bring to boil.
- Then ĺower the flame and add the beaten eggs and let it cook. Mix well and scrambled eggs.
- Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve hot with rotis or paratha
