Instructions to make Mango pickle:
- Heat a kadhai and heat oil on smoking point and off the flame. Keep aside and let it cool completely. Wash and cut raw mangoes as shown.
- Coarsely grind fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds.
- Take a large bowl put mango cubes and grinded seeds, nigella seeds, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,and mustard oil.
- Mix it well with hands.Take a glass jar and put the pickle in the jar cover with lid and keep it in the sunlight for 3 to 4 days. After two days add 1 /2 cup oil add in the mango pickle.Enjoy Mango pickle with roti,Parantha,Puri.
