  2. In a bowl add besan, add chopped onions, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, nigella seeds, salt and add 1/4 cup water to make a semi runny consistency.
  3. Dip the fish pieces and smear with Besan mix well
  4. In a wok heat oil and slowly on medium flame fry the fish pieces on each side 2-3 mins. The colour should be golden.
  5. Plate and garnish with green chillies and lime and serve hot with steamed rice
