- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin, curry leaves, kalonji. When they start to pop, add the blended paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes until oil separates.
- When the oil separates, add in salt, red chilli powder and haldi and mix well. Add water to make a gravy. I used pre-made seekh kababs. Add in the kababs when defrosted.
- Cover with lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Remove lid, add in tamarind pulp, mix well and cook for 5 minutes until a rich colour develops.
- Dish out. Garnish with coriander. Serve with naan or garlic naan. Enjoy!
