Steps to make Acharya chicken:
  1. Take chicken marinate curd ginger garlic paste salt red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder mix well and then grind fenugreek seeds fennnel seeds and mustard seeds cumin seeds and mix in chicken and keep in said for 1 hour.
  2. Take a pan add oil add onion paste stir fry and add tomato paste stir fry well add marinated chicken and stir fry and add nigella seeds and vinegar stir fry well add green chilli stir keep 5 minutes slow flame
  3. Ready to serve with paratha
