- Take Kachori
- Take 2 cups all purpose flour
- Make ready 2 tbsp dalda vanaspati

- Add the roasted suji and mix till the halwa thickens. Turn off flame and cover
- Kachori: in a bowl add flour, salt, ajwain, kalonji, dalda and mix well till u can bind it in your palm… add more dalda if required. Then add water and make a hard dough… rest for 15 mins
- Then make big balls and roll out a thick roti… then cut out small circles using a glass or cookie cutter.
- Make cut marks using a knife so as to ensure that the kachoris do not puff while frying.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and then lower the flame… add the kachoris to the hot oil in batches and deep fry on low flame to make the kachoris crispy..
- Serve hot with suji ka halwa.
