- Make a semi soft dough with the ingredients mentioned for covering.Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan,add oil and add ajwain,fennelsedds and cumin seeds.When crackle starts,add chopped onion and fry till golden.Add curry leaves.Mix.
- Add boiled peas.,mix well and add all piwdered spices,add salt also.
- Add 1 tbsp water and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Mash pea slightly and add chopped coriander leaves.Mix and let it cool.
- Divide the dough into 5-6equall portions,roll to a small disc.Add 1tsp pea stuffing,make a ball and seal the edges properly.
- Make kachodi either by hands or roll by a rollong pin.Prepare all in the same way.
- Heat oil in a kadahi,deep fry kachodis one by one.First put kachodis in oil on high flame,lower the flame to minimum and fry till golden on low flame.
- Serve hot.
