  1. Take 2 cups rice
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup chana daal

Steps to make Dhuska:
  1. Soak rice and daal together for 5-6 hours. Grind into nice batter. Add water if required.
  2. Add all dry ingredients along with chilli, ginger garlic crush.
  3. Mix it nicely.
  4. Take oil in kadhai.
  5. Once warm, start putting batter with ladle. Cook on medium flame until golden on both sides.
  6. Fry all dhuska accordingly.
  7. Serve it with Aloo jhol. It tastes awesome.

Dhuska is a traditional snack from Bihar and Jharkhand. Soak rice and channa dal the night before to get the perfect batter consistency. Add salt and peas to the batter the next day and mix well for a fine Dhuska mixture. While you spoon in some of the mixture into the hot oil, it will spread and look like round, fluffy puris that can be served. Dhuska is a traditional recipe of Bihar and Jharkhand.
