  6. Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and mix well
  7. Add puree and mix well
  8. Mix well add little water mix well and cover for 2-3 minutes
  9. Alu posto ready to serve with puri, rice paratha. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
