Instructions to make Jjajiangmyeon:
  1. Dice the ingredients
  2. Fry the pork fat at low heat until oil is released and remove
  3. Add the Pork belly and fry till caramelized
  4. Add onion and fry till caramelized
  5. Add daikon and cook till slightly soft
  6. Add carrot and zuchini and fry
  7. Add potato and fry
  8. Open a space and add chunjiang and fry for 2mins
  9. Add chicken stock and simmer for 5 mins
  10. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and salt to taste
  11. Add cornstarch slurry and thicken
  12. Finish with mirin and sesame oil
  13. Cook noodles and Serve sauce on noodles
