In about an hour I had beef that was so tender you could break it apart easily with a fork.. While the roast beef is resting, bring the beef sauce to a simmering with the "Saute" function. Turn on a multi-cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Beef barley soup is my forever favorite of the beef-type soups, and I'm looking forward to making your recipe.
