  1. Get 1/2 BBQ Chicken (roughly shredded)
  2. Take 1 cup Vermicelli Noodles

Arrange two egg halves on top of each and divide the laksa soup between the bowls. This spicy Chicken Laksa is a Malaysian soup that may have a long list of ingredients, but it's super easy.   6. I also like to garnish with some some fried shallots to add a cruchy texture!

Add stock, coconut milk, Makrut lime leaves and ½ cup water and bring to the boil.
