- Serving: 16 slices
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease bottom of loaf pan
- In large bowl cream sugar & margarine, until light & fluffy
- Beat in eggs
- Blend in banana's, milk, & vanilla, mix well
- In a small bowl combine flour, nuts, baking soda & salt; mix well
- Add to creamed mixture
- Stir in slowly & just until dry ingredients are moist
- Pour into prepared pan
- Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes
- Cool completly on wire rack
- Wrap and store in refridgerator
