  1. Prepare tadka for both paneer and rajma in one kadhai and thereafter divides into two..
  2. Firstly grind onions,tomatoes,ginger, garlic and green chilli..and made smooth paste..
  3. Now take a kadhai,,add oil or ghee,,add jeera and dhaniya powder..add paste and cook until oil releases..
  4. Now add all the dry spices…and saute well…add malai.and cook for 5 min on low flame
  5. Now divide the tadka masala into 2 parts…and transfer the 2nd part to another kadhai…add boiled rajma in 1st kadhai…add water if needed…and cook for 20 min on low flame..
  6. Now add rest tadka in 2nd kadhai and add water acc to your consistency….and let it comes to boil…now add paneer cubes..and cook for 15 min on low flame…add some fresh cream to give it a creamy texture…your paneer masala is ready..
