- First prepare-Ripe Papaya Ice-cream.In big deep wide mouth vessel add lots of ice. On it place another big deep vessel in it add tropolite whipped cream. Beat with electric beater/ blender for 8-10 mins.
- Add ripe papaya pieces in mixer and grind to smooth mixture to make puree. Add this papaya puree to whipped cream. Again beat for 2-3 mins to blend properly.
- Pour this whipped cream- papaya mixture in freezer safe glass container. Cover with lid. Freeze for 8-10 hours to set.
- Marinate pineapple slices in sugar for half-hour. To grill pineapple slices. Place one slice of pineapple on sandwich grill toaster. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil and grill for 2-3 mins on both sides.
- To assemble.. Place grilled pineapple slice on serving plate. On it place big scoop of ripe papaya ice-cream (as shown). On it place 1-2 mint leaves, drizzle butterscotch syrup topping lavishly. Serve/ Relish Delicious Grilled Pineapple with Ripe Papaya Ice-cream immediately.
- Tips..I haven't added sugar in whipped cream as ripe papaya was sweet but if needed you can add 3-4 tbsp sugar powder in it.. while whipping. Here I used fresh pineapple slices..you can use pineapple slices from tin no need to marinate. Instead of Ripe Papaya Ice-cream. You can use vanilla ice cream..on grilled pineapple slice.
