- Prepare 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar
- Get rice
- Take 5 cups long grain rice
- Get 1 1/2 quart water
- Make ready 2 tbsp cayenne pepper powder
- Take 2 tsp salt
- Prepare 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- Prepare 1 can chicken broth or beef your choice (15 ounces)
- Take 1/2 stick butter

- Let cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Add rice, cover for 30 minutes.
